Castle Carvery Platinum Club Benefits:

PLATINUM CLUB POINTS SYSTEM
Castle Carvery Platinum Club cardholders acquire Platinum Club points relating to spend at any Castle Carvery restaurant, depending on current promotion. Points can only be acquired during one transaction per day. Platinum Card MUST be presented to acquire Platinum Club points. The cardholder's current balance of Platinum Club Points will be printed on the cardholder's receipt.

RECOMMEND A FRIEND
Castle Carvery Platinum Club cardholders can recommend one friend to join the Castle Carvery Platinum Club. Once their friend's application has been processed, the cardholder will receive a £5 Platinum Club Voucher.

PLATINUM CLUB BIRTHDAY LETTER
Prior to the month of their Birthday, Platinum Club cardholders will receive a Free Birthday Dessert Voucher.

SPECIAL EVENTS
On special occasions, Platinum Club cardholders will receive an invitation to an exclusive Platinum Club event. Details of the event will be advertised prior to the event.

CASTLE CARVERY VOUCHER
This Voucher can be exchanged for food and drink at any Castle Carvery restaurant, up to the face value of the voucher. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. It can only be exchanged for goods of higher price than the face value on payment of the difference. Photocopies will not be accepted.

PLATINUM CLUB FREE TEA OR COFFEE VOUCHER
This voucher entitles a Castle Carvery Platinum Club cardholder to a complimentary Regular Tea or Regular Coffee when ordering a Carvery meal at any Castle Carvery restaurant. Offer available Monday to Saturday, 12noon – 2.30pm and Monday to Friday 5pm – 9pm, excluding Bank Holidays. No cash alternative. Only 1 voucher per bill. No separate bills. Photocopies will not be accepted.

PLATINUM CLUB FREE BIRTHDAY DESSERT VOUCHER
This voucher entitles a Castle Carvery Platinum Club cardholder to a complimentary Birthday Dessert when purchasing a Carvery meal at any Castle Carvery restaurant. Offer available Monday to Saturday, 12noon – 2.30pm and Monday to Friday 5pm – 7pm. No cash alternative. Offer subject to times and dates of availability as stated on the voucher. No separate bills. For the safety and enjoyment of all children, height restrictions and Rules of Play apply to the Fun Fort and are enforced by the Fun Fort Supervisors. Maximum 2 hours play. Playtime may vary on exceptionally busy periods. Only one voucher per visit. Voucher for customers dining at Castle Carvery. Offer subject to times and dates of availability as stated on the voucher.
